VertexFX Mobile Trader Installation Steps

Option (1): Auto Setup

Use this direct windows installer. Your PC Windows should have .NET Framework installed so that installer can run. In case you don't have it, see the links bellow on how to install .NET framework for windows:

If you have troubles in running this link or if you don't have .NET Framework use option (2).

Option (2): Manual Setup

To install VertexFX Mobile Trading, use the following steps assuming your PDA has .NET Compact ramwork. In case your PDA does not have it use the procedure bellow on how to install .NET Compact Framework at your PDA.

1. Download this file to your PC http://www.hybrid-solutions.com/vertexfxmobile.zip
2. Extract it at your PC.
3. Choose one of the .CAB files that suites your PDA specifications. e.g. ARMV4.CAB is tested on i-mate and Q-tek PDAs.
4. Copy it to your PDA and double click on it in the PDA so that it extracts.
5. You'll find a shortcut at your PDA in the programs with the system link.
6. Click on the shortcut to run the system.
7. Login to your account.
8. System will automatically connect to server by GPRS internet service which should be configure with your ISP at your Mobile (PDA) contact your mobile provider to configure it.

You have to install both of the following 2 parts, in many cases, the second part (.NET CF) is coming built in with windows CE (version 4.20 and above), but it's included just in case.
