Note that for joint accounts, an opt out election made by one account owner of a Joint account is applicable to all account owners of the Joint account. An opt-out election must be made for each separate account you hold at UTrade FX LLC .

If we propose to share information in a manner not covered in this Privacy Statement, we will notify you of this change by posting an addendum on the UTrade FX LLC Web site, a notice in the "What's New" section of the Web site, and if appropriate, provide you an opportunity to opt out of such use.

The security of your personal information

When you open an account with us, you are issued a unique account number, User ID and a password. Only a limited number of UTrade FX LLC employees who have a need to know this information will have access to your account number, UserID, and password. Remember: you are ultimately responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account number, UserID, and password. We strongly recommend that you do not disclose this information to any one else.

Anti-Money Laundering

Utrade-Fx LLC.  will not tolerate any form of money laundering and will supports the fight against money launderers.

Utrade-Fx LLC.   is incorporated in Delaware, even though Utrade-Fx LLC.  Is not regulated by the USA authorities, we will make our stringent requirement based on following guidelines outlined in the US' "Patriot's Act" and by US regulators. We are totally complying with the transaction provisions of the Act. Third party money transferring is strictly prohibited.

Utrade-Fx LLC.  will report any corporation, individual or entity that trade through us, suspect or have reason to be suspected of suspicious transaction.
If Utrade-Fx LLC.  Reports any suspicious transaction, Utrade-Fx LLC.  will not notify the person or entity  involved in the transaction.

Utrade-Fx LLC.  will file  a Suspicious Activity Report to appropriate agency within one month after collecting all relevant facts Utrade-Fx LLC.  may report the transactions to the appropriate agency if the transaction:

a. Involves funds derived from any illegal activities or is intended or conducted in the purpose of hiding  or disguising funds or assets derived from any illegal activities.

b. The use of Utrade-Fx LLC. to facilitate any criminal activities or terrorist act. has no business or apparent lawful purpose or is not the sort in which the particular customer would normally be expected to engage, Utrade-Fx LLC.  knows of no reasonable explanation for the transaction after examining the available facts, including the background and possible propose of the transaction.
